We collect what we need to sell you dog chews and run the store well: your order details, your account, and anonymous usage data. We don't sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime.

Order and account information. Name, email, shipping address, phone number, and your order and subscription history. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

Email signups. If you join our list (for example for a first-order discount), we store your email and your preferences.

Usage data. Like most stores, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity) and cookies to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform. This data is about behavior on the site, not your identity.

To fulfill and deliver orders, manage subscriptions and renewals, answer support requests, send order updates, improve the site, and, if you opted in, send marketing email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Only service providers who help us run the store: payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, and analytics. They get the minimum they need to do their job and can't use your data for anything else. We never sell personal information.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@barklynu.comand we'll take care of it. You can also block cookies in your browser; the store will still work.
