Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 have a flat $5.95 shipping fee. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Orders are packed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday start processing the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, most deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live and the carrier's schedule. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add time, and those delays are outside our control.

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, your order and its tracking are also in your account at any time.

Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date, on the cycle you chose at signup. You can see your next ship date, change your plan, or cancel anytime in your account. Changes take effect from your next renewal, so make them before your renewal date if you want them to apply to the next box.

Please double check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us. If you spot a mistake, email support@barklynu.com right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to reship it to a corrected address or refund it, whichever you prefer.

If tracking stalls, your package is marked delivered but isn't there, or your order arrives damaged, email us your order number (and a photo, for damage) at support@barklynu.com. We'll trace it with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or a refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.
